Thought it was time to create a post on here.
I joined about 5 months ago and have been absorbing as much information that everyone have posted, especially Lotus and Heaven's Night, their's are invaluable.

A little about me, I have always wanted breasts, from the time I asked my mom when would I get breast at the age of 5 or 6. About 7 years ago I came out as non-binary. I love wearing more fem clothes, such as nylons, shoes and bras...although I just consider them clthes with no gender assigned to them. I have a wonderful wife that accepts me for who i am. She orignally met me as Emma. 

Never really thought growing breasts would be a reality until I found NB, plus I just turned 63. NB has changed everything. Since then I decided to follow a NBE program starting with Pueraria Mirifica, Red Ruishi and Fenegreek.  In Dec, I added a TCP (Estriol, Progesterone and DHEA cream, and Red Clover and White Peony extracts). I have noticed a lot of growth, in the fullness of my breasts and the areolas are growing too.

I started mid sept 2024. I had just a mans chest.
So I did 1500 mgs of pm
100 mgs spironolactone
pumping twice a day for 25 minutes.
I do't know if there ar results.
taday 11/21/24. i will add to my routine
barlowes pm 550 mg
sironolactone 100 mgs
pituatary glandular 8 mg
white peony 500 mg
all in the morning
pum twice a dy for 25 minutes
another barlows 550 mg pm at night

I have always wanted to improve my natural 38B breast which have been accompanying me for the last few decades (I am 51 now). I came across this website last spring and to say that it has been a source of inspiration is a bit of an understatement...

I have tried several things. Some PM (Ainterol's) to begin with. However, it give me sometimes so weird feelings like tingling in my hands and on my scalp. So I freaked out a little bit. Now, I am taking daily about 2000-3000mg of fenugreek along with saw palmetto (320-640 mg) and DIM (100-200mg). The quantities vary as I am not always alone at home...  Big Grin

I also (irregularly) pump with Noogleberry, but I am almost filling the L cup now. XL cups are on the way.

It is now nearly my 5th month. And some day I think I see a difference and when I look at my pictures, I am almost disappointed.

Anyhow, here are some pics dating from last June and todays pics will be posted next. Maybe you'll see something.

Im using a picture of myself at 19 to represent my starting physique, as that’s essentially how i look like in my most basic form. And ill probably have a similar physique after staying away from the gym in the coming months anyway. Although i am a lot more hairy now.

The regiment for the next 8 months will be as such:
1 cap (10mg) BIOPERINE
1 cap (80mg) Pituary Glandular
3 caps (750mg) Ovarian Glandular
1 cup (2dl and 10g) Green tea
1 cap (150mg ovarian, 150mg uterus, 50mg heart, 50mg kidney, 50mg liver) Multi Glandular for Women
Two times a day - in the morning and evening

I’ll also be adding a teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil in the mornings, and a teaspoon of lingzhi (reishi mushroom) whenever i take a glass of milk. Lastly, there’ll be 20 grams of collagen supplementation whenever i feel the cravings of bone broth.

My current measurements are:

Total height: 183cm

Chest: 95cm (circumference)

Waist: 80cm (circumference)

Arms: 61cm (length)

Hips: 94cm (circumference)

Legs: 77cm (length)

I’m just new here, what a wonderful forum. I’m a gay men 45 yr and have no desire in feminizing but want to have female breasts. I started pumping and there are shown some results. My nipples are expanding and show bigger through my shirt. And there are some dots showing around my areola’s, does anyone know what that means? I noticed that the nipples stand out more and it seems that there’s developed tissue under it, but I’m just pumping a few days.

Its been fun so far and I am going to keep going and see how far I can go. No one seems to have noticed any of my extra growth including my wife.
