would this cream be better than using  pm tablets or should i use both together?  should this cream be massaged into the breasts?.

to date i have been on 5mg of finasteride for 7 months and for the last 6 weeks i have been on dutasteride, i have been taking 500mg of pm and also using cream and spray but have little to show for it, i thought a different approach might be needed.

Is it ok to apply them alternating on balls and chest? Like morning chest estrogen and balls progesterone and in the evening the other way around?
