It's been three months since I started my male-to-female transgender therapy. I'm 50 years old. I don't have an endocrinologist to monitor me, because in the country where I live, this can only be achieved over months, or in some cases (like mine) we need to wait years. For the first month, I used Estreva gel, 2mg, and spironolactone 100mg daily. I did the tests and saw my testosterone drop from 1000 to 21 and estradiol rise to 300. So I reduced it to Estreva 1.5mg and spironolactone 50mg. I've been like this for two months. The problem is that my breasts look very strange, with the areolas sticking out. Can someone please help me, please?

I tried an epilator several months ago. I followed the directions and got some interesting results after the pain went away. However, for the last several (at least 4 months) months I still have small red spots in locations where the hair was pulled out of my skin. Is this common? I have tried different creams to try to make the red spots go away with no luck: antibiotic creams, Benadryl gel, various moisturizers and some Rx skin creams. The spots are like small skin infections and are about 1-2 mm in size. Some of the spots are slightly raised about the skin. Any suggestions about how to get rid of the spots?
Thanks

I have a very good friend of mine, she works in a perfume and makeup shop. She often come to visit and one day I notice she was kinda staring at me while talking and then she said... look at how long are your lashes!

I already had a reasonable back story to cover my tracks, but the important part is that she noticed.
It took like a month of applying the product morning/evening but it made a difference.

Moreover it's a very slow change, so people around you will get accustomed without even noticing.
The one I used is named LashCocaine, on amazon.

It's not forever tho... lashes have a growth cycle. If you stop using the serum, after a while your ashes will naturally fall and get substituted by your "normal" ones in the growth/fall cycle.

I've heard good things about this, especially if you are adverse to razors ow, Epilators OW!, ILP How much?!?!?
Well you get my drift.

Thing is being UK based, it seems impossible to get hold off at anything approaching a sensible price point. Google isn't being very helpful.

Everything I've seen seems to be based from Huawei and has a truly astronomical shipping price tag.

Does anyone here have any suggestions, maybe something I've missed on my searching that would let me give this a go without breaking the bank for a tiny little bottle.

Hey! First of all, sorry that the question may be a a bit off-topic for the BreastNexum forum but I have noticed that there's quite a lot of wholesome/helpful people here who could possibly be in a similar scenario.

I want my butt and hips to grow a bit bigger/wider/look more feminine. The thing is:
a) I don't want too much muscle mass there. I have a pretty nice butt for an amab but it's still flat on the sides.
b) I don't want to grow my breasts too much. Couple of reasons why but the most important are that I live in a pretty conservative country (and so is my family) and I don't want to show them off that much. Women in my family are pretty big-breasted, so it could result in some very visible changes. Hopefully there will be a point in my life when I will be ready for such changes and moving forward.

I've been battling gender dysphoria for some time (26yo now, started around 20/21) and I think it would help me a bit. Clothes are not really a solution here.

Let me know if more information is needed or in case I should post this somewhere else .

Hello I was just wondering if anyone has any experience on using nbE supplements specifically p.m. or Bo in regards to hair loss or thinning hair on their scalp?

I know all the advertisements on labels and things like that all say that's overtime it should help with the health of your hair and make it stronger etc but I guess my question is if your hair is thinning will it help with making it thicker.

And on the opposite side of that if your hairline has receded does either p.m. or Bo help with kickstarting of regrowth or new growth of hair follicles in an area where hair has once receded?

Obviously I think once the hair has receded and those follicles are no longer there in the scalp that's pretty much done and over with unless you do some sort of hair follicle transplant, but that's just me thinking logically I could be wrong.

Looking forward to seeing what people have to say or think or what their experiences have been with PM or Bo in regards to the health of their hair on their heads.

Hello all. I am wondering what you use to shave your chest and lotion? I use a 3 blade razor and still seems like have stubble afterwards. I shave going up and then side to side. I just bought a epilator and used it and did not get the hair. I just shaved 2 days ago so maybe that is a reason. When i use a lotion i use cortisone creme. thanks
