Hello,
I wanted to ask if there's anything to increase the size of my nipples and areolas, either in pill or cream form, and if anyone with experience can help me understand.
I'm quite confused. I've been reading various threads, but I'd like to confirm regarding fenugreek.
I'm currently using PM, within, and no more than, the recommended daily dose. I have to say that the "girls" have gotten bigger, but I'd like to start developing nipples and areolas as similar to those typically seen in women as possible.

Hello Marco,

I feel like genetics plays a bit of a role with nipple/areola growth. Once I got on feminizing herbs (particularly PM), my areolas started to enlarge a bit (not so much for my nipples, even now that I've been on HRT for a few years).

I know some members do a bit of pumping/suction to (temporarily) enlarge their nipples, but I'm unsure how permanent the effects of that are.
