I Missed My Puffy Nipples — So I Built an 8-Week Hormone Protocol
Hey folks,
For my introduction to the site I wanted to share a personal experiment I’ve been driving for a while now. I’m a 19-year-old fit, muscular male (80kg), and this whole thing started when I casually tried 6mg Estova and 100mg Spiro for a week.
To my surprise, that short run gave me incredibly sensitive nipples, a surreal shift in my sense of smell, and a dreamy emotional softness that I honestly miss more than I expected. I stopped because I didn’t want things to go too far, but that experience has stayed with me — like my body briefly unlocked a mode I didn’t know I wanted.
Now I’m back with a more intentional plan. This time, no Spiro. I’m keeping testosterone active to preserve some grounding, libido, and masculinity. But I’m chasing something different: nipple pleasure, emotional immersion, and a soft sensual state that sits somewhere between genders — not necessarily moving away from who I am, but tuning into a side I’ve barely explored.
What This Is — and What It’s Not
This isn’t a full-on feminization HRT cycle. It’s not a transition (at least not for now). It’s a focused 8-week hormonal experiment to intentionally tap into prolactin-driven sensitivity, emotional rewiring, and sensual embodiment — without trying to permanently change my body.
If I start budding, I’ll try to pull back. But I’m also mentally prepared for the possibility that it might not fully reverse. If it sticks, I’ll just commit to it — and I already have a follow-up experiment in mind if that happens. Not ideal, but not something I’m afraid of either.
Protocol Overview
Estrofem: 4mg/day (2mg AM + 2mg PM), tapering to 2mg/day in Week 7
Domperidone: Starting 10mg AM → 20mg/day by Week 3 (10mg AM/PM), tapering Week 7
Progesterone (Utrogestan 100mg): Rectal 2x/week starting Week 3, building to 4x/week by Week 6
Breast Pump: Daily, 15 minutes
Week 7–8: Taper down to avoid long-term changes, hold sensitivity
Expected Effects by Week
Week 1–2 — Smell sensitivity, mood softening, early nipple tingles
Week 3–4 — Erotic/emotional shift, swelling begins
Week 5–6 — Deep sensual state, nipple fullness, dreamy response
Week 7–8 — Controlled taper, maintain what worked, avoid glandular commitment
Hormonal Targets (Estimate)
Estradiol (E2): ~200–300 pmol/L → peaking ~600–900 pmol/L
Prolactin: ~250 → peaking ~1200–1400 mIU/L
Testosterone: Slightly suppressed but still active (~14–18 nmol/L)
Risks I'm Aware Of
– Breast tissue development — possible, especially Weeks 4–6
– Galactorrhea — not a goal, but possible with domperidone
– Mood instability — tracking and journaling it
– Fertility impact — low concern for now
My Supplies
Estrofem 2mg — 112 tablets
Utrogestan 100mg — 90 capsules
Domperidone 10mg — 200 tablets
Electric breast pump — daily stimulation

Weekly Updates Coming
I’ll be posting active WEEKLY UPDATES once I begin — tracking mood, physical changes, nipple response, erotic state, and anything unexpected. Journaling will be part of it. This is a lifestyle exploration, not a prescription for anyone else.
TL;DR
– 19 y/o male doing 8-week hormone experiment for sensation, not transition
– Estrofem + Domperidone + Progesterone + breast stimulation
– Keeping testosterone active (no anti-androgens)
– Goal: nipple sensitivity, emotional immersion, dreaminess
– Risk of budding acknowledged — will either taper or commit and shift into a second experiment
– Weekly updates will follow once experiment begins
I know this kind of protocol sits in a grey area — not quite transition, not quite casual — so if you’ve experimented with anything similar, or have thoughts/feedback, I’m really open to hearing it.
If this sparks something in you — whether curiosity, advice, warnings, or encouragement — feel free to drop it here. Would love to talk with others thinking along the same lines.
