One other thing to note is that you wont see much increase in your tape measure.
Thats because your getting more fullness.

I've posted several times here that the real swelling seems to happen at 2+ hours for me.  Under an hour feels good but doesn't stay very long.  When I pump for more than 2 hours the swelling can last as much as 24 hours.

I'm pumping right now.  I've only just started...a few days since I got the machine.  When I hooked myself up to it for the first time and felt it suck my B cups I nearly had an orgasm.  No one told me how wonderful it would feel...and to watch my breasts fill the transparent C cups is a delight.  My nipples have gotten even bigger than they did on HRT...when they're erect (often) they're poking out through my unpadded bra....so obvious.  I get looks from women...and usually a smile.  My "girls" are already a bit larger...bra cups are tighter...it's truly lovely.  I, too, wish I had started long ago.
