Confused newb
#1

I am 47. I want to start with a lower dose of PM and see how my body reacts, and go from there. I attached a pic of what I am working with. I didn't realize my moobs had gotten so big until I looked at the pic. LOL.
I am confused as to if I need to take a supplement to act as a T blocker for the PM to work. I was thinking saw palmetto, some folks are saying na, to just take PM.
I was also going to supplement with fenugreek, but read that may fight with the PM. I have reading over this forum for days and am info overloaded I guess.
Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Hi, it looks like you are off to a good start! I use green tea extract, reishi mushroom, white peony and evening primrose as my T / DHT blockers. I don’t use PM because of blood clotting worries, and I take BO and pituitary gland instead along with fenugreek tablets. There are much wiser minds here than mine though, so good luck!

Thank you! Can you list your dosage for each and when you take them? Other than I'm assuming the green tea isn't taken at night

In the morning first thing:
1 green tea extract, 2 evening primrose, 1 reishi mushroom, 1 white peony.
Half an hour or so after, 2 BO, 1 fenugreek, 1 more white peony.
Lunchtime 1 fenugreek
Afternoon 1 fenugreek, 2 evening primrose.
Evening, 2 BO, 1 pituitary gland, 1 fenugreek.
I also massage with lavender oil morning and afternoon/ evenings, as well as using wild yam cream or similar.
I am getting results, but very slowly, but I am happy. As I said, there are many wiser minds than mine here and they may have other thoughts! I wish you well.

Just an update. I measured myself today. 45 band 47 bust. I don’t think I have any growth, that is what I have naturally.
I was taking
Morning
1 pm
1 reishi
1 w peony
1 green tea
1 milk thistle
1 dandelion

Lunch
1 pm
1 green tea

Before bed
1 pm
1 reishi
1 white peony
1 fish oil, 1 dha, 1 dhea.
I rub lavender oil on breasts at least 3x a day. Massage whenever I get a chance.

I did this for about few weeks, then my personal life imploded and I had to stop. It’s a shame cause nipples we’re really starting to wake up, was starting to get that dull ache in the balls, and semen was thinning out.

I will for sure pick it back up when I get things back in order. When I do, is there anything anyone would suggest to add to my routine?

newb, that looks like a pretty solid lineup of breast supplements.  I basically take what you take except I add inositol and pygeum to knock down DHT.  I'd recommend pregnenolone as well.  Helps with progesterone, DHEA and estrogen.  My memory fails me at times so it's best to look that up.

In Addition, these supplements need the basic building blocks to do their job.  I take vitamin C, a good multi, vitamin D3, boron, zinc, MSM, biotin (mainly for my hair),  Also drink a protein smoothie every morning with lots of stuff in it, but mainly collagen and whey protein (~40 g each).  Egg protein is excellent as well, but a bit pricey.  I also take bioperine and collagen pills (~4g) with my nightly supplements.

Important!  If you're taking PM, add nattokinase to take care of any blood clotting issues.  I had developed several blood clots early in my journey.  Got me plenty worried.  Discovered natto and it completely got rid of the clots.  I could feel several in my legs and they went away after a few weeks with the natto.  I took one pill in the morning and one at night.  I now take one pill every morning as maintenance.  Also, do some searching online for supplements that will thin your blood )I can't remember them all now).  Thick blood is a major cause for high blood pressure and strokes.  Plus nutrients get to the cells better with thinner blood.

I really didn't see much success until I started taking Barlowes PM.  The PM extracts did nothing.  With the Barlowes, my boobs started hurting (a good pain).  That's good!  That's when you know they're growing.  When I switched from the Barlowes (to cheaper PM), the pain went away and so did the growth.  This journey isn't cheap!

I'm now a band 42" and bust 49.5". The "A Bra That Fits" calculator says I'm a 42DD.  I have a 42D Tee Shirt bra that is filled nicely, but not bulging (yet Smile).  All my growth has been done with phyto-estrogens supplements.  No HRT.

I don't wear a bra in public.  I present a a male.  The girls are pretty jiggly.  I don't plan to present as female until I have FFS (Facial Feminization Surgery).  I don't think I'll ever present well as a female.  My shoulders are too wide.  I was an Olympic caliber wrestler back in the day.  A little muscle bound.  I'll probably need to shave my moustache as well. Smile

Sorry for the long post.
