Hello, first post here.
I have been on estrogen for the 3 and a half years, prog for 2 years. My body has had some good changes but i want to increase breast size as my current size is a small B cup, and my hips aren't wide.
I have been researching and need advice. Would it be good for me to start BO and Raw mammary in addition to my estrogen injections? I'm concerned it might be too late for me but if there's any advice or recommendations of what i could take and methods to try I'll love to know.
Thank you???
hi <3
to my knowledge, any untapped potential for feminine tissue growth is always there, ready to go if the circumstances and environment allows, unless u haven't damaged the tissue somehow. from what ive understood, breasts take around 5 years to grow and mature and from what ive seen on cis women, they sometimes go dormant after teenage years and start growing again only later in life. lots of factors, genetics, stress, diet etc. i'm intersex and my small breasts developed in childhood but stopped growing in my early 20s, and now have started going again in my later 30s. i dont think ur too late for anything at all
there's no telling what the glandulars do for any individual, as there simply arent studies about their use on feminisation on humans, but lots of anecdotes that kinda divide ppl into two groups: for some, glandulars work very well. for others, they seem to do close to nothing. i think the only way to find out is to try. there doesn't seem to be known risk factors/negative side effects to glandulars, but ofc its stuff that u put in ur body so be sensitive and stop if anything feels wrong.
my advice is to e.g. follow the mustgrowbust.com glandular program guide and adapt that to how ur body reacts, its a simple guide that seems to contain mostly good info and easier to follow than reading many forum posts and guessing. it's what i've been following, anyway, with some adaptations based on how i reacted to the stuff (i'm on E injections for 3½ months and various glandulars for 4½ months).
p.s. just checked, seems like the original guide has vanished from the internet so here's a backup link
