I’m curious how many guys here are either seriously looking into breast implants, already in the process, or have actually had them done.

This isn’t about pushing anyone one way or the other. It’s just a place to talk honestly, ask questions, compare notes, and hear from people with real experience. There aren’t many spaces where men can talk openly about wanting breasts or getting implants without it turning into jokes, judgment, or people assuming they know your identity.

This is especially for guys who still identify as guys and are not transitioning, but are interested in breast implants for personal, aesthetic, or body-alignment reasons.

There is also a page on Reddit called r/menWBA where guys can discuss everything around this subject — research, surgeons, sizing, recovery, bras, everyday life, HRT, work concerns, partners, and the mental side of it too.

Some guys are just curious. Some are researching surgeons. Some are on HRT. Some are not. Some have already had surgery and are living with the results every day. All of that is worth talking about.

So where are you at?

Are you just gathering information, seriously planning, already scheduled, post-op, or still trying to figure out if this is really for you?

Also, many people post online and talks about "finding a surgeon" but never tells who.
There are lists for trans surgeons on srs, orchie, ba, butt, but not for males.

Also to be frank, I'm unemployed. Only working part time

I am just living this vicariously through the experience of those who can/could do it. It's just not possible for me to have implants, but I am still very curious about it.
