Canae PM cream.
#1

Just ordered from Amazon the pm cream and after two days my breasts felt sore. On day 6 now and already feel a difference my nips are hard all the time. I think I may go two weeks then stop for a while just to see how much growth I get. I know it varies from person to person but I’m excited to get some longer nipples and no more than a b cup. I’ve always like wearing bras and women clothing in the evening but it will be nice to fill a bra because I mostly have big cup gaps because my chest is a 40 but my boobs are like an AA the smallest I’ve seen is like 40b. Any good suggestions on bras? I really like torrid.

Why would you stop? You are getting results. If it were me, I would be thrilled and I would want to keep the momentum. You are not going to wake up tomorrow with breasts too big to deal with. Normally this is a slow process. Tenderness is a good sign.

Torrid bras are for plus sized women. The cups will be huge. I recommend that you go with a size 38B. It should stretch enough to fit around you. The cups will likely sag until you grow. Its a good gauge on progress. Starting at 40, the cups are proportionately bigger and the styles are not as cute (in general). I prefer an un-lined bra, like a sheer mesh, see-through. Search for mesh bras on Amazon and have a look. Go with a padded or push-up bra if you prefer it.

Bras are very difficult to shop for. There is no consistency on sizes. You can make mistakes and waste a lot of money. Look for cheap bras, $10 or $15. Avoid demi and balconette styles because the straps are wide-set and will slid off your shoulders all the time.

Something like this might work. I said "might".

Hello Mark,

Welcome to the forum!

I feel two weeks is a bit too short of time to notice if a particular NBE regime is effective or not. Oftentimes it can take several weeks to several months before any signs of breast development to show (frequently as non-visible symptoms like itchy or sore breasts).

You're not going to get magic boobs overnight especially from just PM. Take your time, really. You might react fast but you will NOT grow super charged crazy speed. Big Grin I'm quick to react to hormone changes and still took months to even reach budding stage. Bras can be problematic, don't try to logic your way with it, it wont work as every manufacturer has their own ideas with sizes. Going for sister sizes is a smart idea, a lot of bras have weird af band size which is often much larger than what the number says. The band size and your band size will rarely match.

When I was slimmer, I could depending on brand go down to 36 and 34, butI measured 38" for a long time. Now I measure 42" but on Ewa Michalak brand the band size is actual centimeters and their bands are not stertchy so itgoes way closer to how its supposed to be like.

Also when you say "no more than B cup", note that bra sizing isn't universal. There is no THE B cup, B cups on each band size have different width, depth and volume. Bra sizing works as a percentage which is typically either 12% or about 12,5% which happens when using metric or imperial sizing to differentiate between cups. Also, note that the letter and number are a ratio of band and bust measurements. Which means that all D cups are in a same ratio, but bigger bands size D cups have larger volume. And the way manufacturers deal with that differs.

Trial and error, reading reviews and so on will help a lot.

Thanks all for the advice!! I just don’t want to go to noticeably big as I’m not sure how the family and SO would react. Although when my personal stash of women’s clothing got find by my SO they were very accepting of it and now helps me find female clothing. The past two years I’ve lost a bunch of weight and had some moobs from that but lost a lot of them from the weight drop. I’m also taking stuff for hair growth so I’m not sure if that is also helping as well. Posting a picture is so difficult on here.

If you can't post a photo here, use external site to host it and then insert it to the post. There's a photo icon in the toolbar when sending a post in which you can link it. Postimages.org works really well and they host NSFW photos without issues.

I agree with the others here, unfortunately it does take a long time to achieve results!
There is a bra brand called Cherries that make bras with a smaller cup size that may help you
https://getfitcherries.com/
I have not tried them yet though, maybe my birthday next month! You can also buy bra extenders that help in wearing prettier bras that dont come in larger sizes.
