Good morning everyone. I'm writing for some advice. I started pumping my breasts about a month ago for 30 minutes a day. Now I've noticed bruises and marks appearing on my breasts. I have a family life and don't want it to show too much. I'm worried. I'd like to know if I should stop pumping to make them go away? Am I pumping too much? Or will they go away on their own? Thanks for anyone who responds.

Which type of a pump are you using? On which pressure? How long sessions you're doing?
I used to have a lot of trouble with vacuum pumping doing long time visible dome edge marks, I got them quite easily. The method was to use less pressure, do shorter sessions and take days off. People here often make the mistake to think that more is more on vacuum pump pressure or they end up doing way too long sessions. It might lead to growth but likely a lot of that ends up being scarring from repeating bruising from overdoing it.
Its ugly and its unhealthy, so preferably scale down the pressure and take longer breaks between sessions. I wrote quite good guide on vacuum pumping some years ago, that's where I put all the good advice I could give on the subject, so maybe go read over there. About boobs, overdoing will not help, it can only harm and you don't want to hurt yourself?

Please do not pump without a gauge.
Get a gauge or a pump that has gauge. As HN suggested, use less vacuum amd/or shorten your pump sessions.
Bruises may take a long time to heal if you are trying to be stealthy. The large concentric rings are difficult to conceal.
When you have a gauge, you can learn how your body responds. You can build up to longer pump sessions and/or more vacuum.
Start with short sessions and less vacuum.

There. You can find peoples threads by opening their account (Click the name below their avatar.) Then click find threads and you find the ones in which that person is author of.
Get a gauged pump, its absoutely essential or you're going to overdo it badly. What you feel is not what's best for both stimulating growth and for breast health. You don't want to turn into one of thebad examples who have permanently ruined breast tissue from internal scarring or dead nerves or ripped up connective tissues.
These are btw, all real complications from overdone vacuum pumping if you're not careful. Also the best pressure for stimulation without damage is well known and it feels less than you might think it does. More pressure doesn't equal more growth.

Lara is correct less pressure for a longer time is better and use a good lotion cover your breasts with it and then pump. I know from experience to much pressure really does not increase size and to much pressure can give you water blisters --believe me my boobs were covered in blisters and took a long time to heal and painful. I use an automotive brake hand pump with a pressure gage and 5 lbs seems. to be my sweet spot I can do long periods and get good swelling. Try. to pump rice a day fro 1 hour --Happy pumping

Private life as well and totally understand the concerns. When I began using a pump it was high pressure. I’d crank it to the most and then same for the let down part of pumping. I use one on Amazon from NCVI I believe. After a month the suction felt amazing but I didn’t enjoy the change seen from too much pull and vacuum.
Like others. Less is more. I usually take my pump up to a 3-5 rather than the 10 before. I find the gentle suction provides much more comfort, more euphoric response and zero issue on bruising or markings. I use lavender oil to moisturize let it rest for a half hour or so then attach my pump while I work. At this speed and suction level I can wear for fairly long period of time without concern. Haven’t seen any growth in relation to the pump specifically. But at this point it’s more for relaxing than for growth.
