Hi !!!

I d'ont know if you remembered me but i tried natureday's product for NBE. Needless to say it was a huge disapointment.
Anyway.
I want to start over with a new program which is easier and more reliable.

I saw that lavender oil can do just fine. So i want to do the following :
1x/day --> PM
2x/day --> progesterone cream + lavender oil.

The thing is i don't know where to buy these product and wich concentration is best.

Ainterol has lots of PM but don't know which one is better (normal PM, G1, other ?).
Also, regarding progresterone cream, where can i find a good one in EU ? (Amazon is useless for that).

In regards to Ainterol's PM, I think the branding of the product has changed since I was last on PM. However, I always used the 500mg capsules (100 capsules per bottle) option.

With progesterone cream, I always got mine from Amazon, so I'm not sure what other options would be available to you in the EU.

thanks for the advice ! 500mg seems to be a good start because 750 and 1000mg can be harmful from what i gathered.

Also, your amazon progesterone cream is available in EU ? If so tell me the name please.

I believe the progesterone cream I used is no longer in stock (anywhere).

Attached is a screenshot of the product I used years ago.

Nowadays I get my progesterone through prescription pills (200mg).
