First of all, I'm 43 yo. I'd like to share that I'm cracking my trans egg this month... meaning that I'd love to start taking PM and maybe BO together ASAP to enhance my breast growing and some other feminine features. Any advice is very welcome, specially about dosis and stuff. I'm not ready to go with HRT itself, so I would really love to start with this (and maybe you've some other recommendations that matches this goal) Thank you in advance.

Hello TheNewMagnolia,
Welcome to the forum!
If your goal is transitioning, my 1st recommendation would be to go on HRT as soon as you ready/able to.
Prior to transitioning, I was on Ainterol's PM at varying doses. I never tried BO, so I can't share any personal experience with that product.

Hey! Thank you, Alice. I considered HRT... but I'd love to start with something milder!

Hi, welcome — I’m new here too. I’m 51 and I chose a gentle transition because I’m coming out of the closet to see how I look more feminine. If you’ve already been on a trans journey, hormone replacement therapy is the best option — there’s nothing better for becoming a woman, just like Alice recommends.
First
recommendation: read as much of the forum as you can. There’s a lot of
information and wonderful people sharing their experiences — all paths of
resilience and self-love, each different like every one of us.
If
you’re starting gently, my tip is to first ask yourself how feminized your body
already is. Check your body weight, your hips and chest (do you have
gynecomastia or not?), your shoulder measurements, face shape, and body hair.
In
my case I was overweight (110 kg) with a typically male body and a lot of body
hair. I first worked on losing weight to get a healthier, more streamlined look
— I’ve lost 25 of the 35 kg I’m aiming for. Only recently did I start taking
PM., and now I’ve added SW. to redistribute the remaining fat, but the changes
are very, very small.
Like
many say on the forum, it’s a marathon, not a sprint.
If
you have body hair, it’s a good idea to start removing it so you can see a
cleaner body and notice any feminization changes. I started with depilatory
creams and now I’m using a Braun Silk-épil 7 — the difference is huge; hair
takes much longer to grow back with this method. Another thing that helps is
starting to take care of your skin and hair.
Good
luck.

First of all, thank you so much Luchyy, your answer has given me a lot of clarity to process my current "trans windstorm". Nowadays I consider myself trans (MtF) always pre HRT or pre transition since I haven't started taking any exogenous hormones or blockers.
Your advice regarding 'how feminized is my body already' and how feminine I want it gives me the chance to recall my 'first transition steps': I mean... acknowledging what and who am I. It all starts with my body hair, I began doing some epilation (almost every week) cause my body hair (my beard included) gives me dysphoria. So, that was the start line. Now I'd love to grow some boobs and hips... among other stuff, always gentle and slow.
I will definitely look after the Braun machine, seems like it can be a good solution to spare some time for other importan stuff.
Kisses, Laureen. (Magnolia)

I agree with you — body hair is horrible, and it
disgusts me too. Definitely starting to remove hair from my body was a huge
change. I started by trying it on my legs and the increase in skin sensitivity
and how I felt textures fascinated me. Now I also remove hair from my arms. The
only area I still don’t remove hair from is my chest for now, at my wife’s
request, but in a while that area will lose its hair too — it’s a condition that
can’t be negotiated anymore haha.
And feminizing is a
slow but satisfying journey.

Oh yes, it is horrible if it's on my skin. Otherwise ... hehehe.
Thank you very much. I wish you a pleasant week!

Welcome to the forum. I would suggest not to take PM and BO together. You're better off with just glandulars, Topical Cream Protocol and obviously HRT. Don't get bogged to the pitfalls of ineffeicient NBE stuff if you're actually heading towards a medical transition.
Also, read the forum, go digging, there's loads of good information here. Everything from Lotus is worth a read, especially the Project X thread. Topical Cream Protocol thread is a must to dig into. My main thread has a lot of good stuff laid out in a simple manner, a lot of which I keep repeating from time to time so there's some easier access to it... Tanyasquirrels acorns thread has a load of interesting stuff, quite a lot of theoretical experimental thinking which has been helping me to figure things out.
Happy growing.
