PM is over all just quite bad compared to anything that deals with actual bioidentical hormone treatment. Like glandulars, topical protocl and convnetional HRT. PM does usually a bit of boobs but not much more and I think its way too risky because of the DVT being a real possibly life threatening problem with it. 

Go read the forum, there's far better methods than PM if you want real results.

Welcome to the forum! 

I took Ainterol's PM for years at varying doses without any major health issues (though I'm not sure if Ainterol is available in the UK currently). 

Like everything else with NBE, your mileage may vary.

That's kinda what I'm after I'm not currently able to transition but I'd love to start my lower body changing 

I do want boobs but I need to be careful how quick they form

What kind of timeframe are you concerned about with breast growth?

It can easily take several years or more to grow breasts (same as it is for genetic females going through puberty).

Initial non-visible signs of breast growth (itchiness or soreness of the breast area) can be several weeks to several months.

I too used PM without major issues for many years. I think the danger comes when your dosage goes really high. 
Like with all herbs, PM is not particualrly regulated so you never really knows how much does what. 
Some people have reported cases of DVT potentially connected with the use of PM, but the cases are few and, if I don't go wrong, they were all doing high dosage.

Ainterol herbs usually has the best PM around.
For the UK you can order at ainterol.eu . I am not sure about availability and shipping times right now.
In the not recent past I also used the PM from https://pueraria.co.uk/pueraria-mirific-buy-4-get-1-free.html and I think that the quality was the same as ainterol. Once again, I am not sure what the current availability is.
If you want to order, maybe get i ntouch with them (either companies) before ordering.

Its not like PM is always dangerous, it is always random especially if sensible doses are exceeded which in this case makes zero sense. It is also not miraculous, it mostly does boobs and not much else and its not miraculously mindblowingly good in it. My feeling of it was that the development it gave was incomplete, even though it definitely can start breast budding. 

I don't think conventional HRT isn't always complete enough either as it is quite simplistic while the hormone coctail that makes boobs grow covers far more than just estradiol and progesterone. This is where a lot of NBE falls flat as its not enough on its own to mature the growth it does. I think the topical protocol is easily by far the most complete approach to NBE growing boobs the way they should grow as DHEA is downright magical on the reverse ahtropy/growing exactly what has been missing.
