I started taking BO 10 days ago, but I couldn’t even continue for 5 days. It reacts very quickly in my body, and I don’t understand why it affects me this way.

I was taking 250 mg every night, and the reactions happen very fast:

Within 10 minutes, I feel very light-headed.

Within 20 minutes, I experience a drop in energy.

Within 30 minutes, I feel pain in my breasts, my nipples become erect, and I got aroused sortof continuously and notice watery leakage, precum maybe from my penis. A few hours later, my muscles, mainly in my legs, start to hurt.

These effects continue for 2–3 hours until they gradually normalize. The next day, I experience testicular pain, which lasts for a few days.

It used to be the same with PM as well. I tried PM in the past, and the reaction was almost similar to that of BO, except the reaction with BO normalizes a bit more quickly. I am really confused about this.

Other people here are taking many pills a day and seem to be fine. What could be causing this? Has anyone else experienced the same? Your advice or suggestions would be highly appreciated.

I can't explain light headedness and loss of energy, but to me this sounds like your body just reacts really strongly to elevated estrogens or progesterone. BO is known to contain bioidendital hormones to some extent, exactly what extent isn't known as they're not harvested at the same time of cycle and not tested for hormone content before being freeze dried and ground to powder.

Everything else is something you might get from starting conventional HRT, but the timings you speak of sound strange, like there's a really fast peak and it soon lowers. To me this is really like first reactions to feminising hormone treatment.

Thank you so much for your response. It seems you are right. My body is really sensitive to estrogenic compounds, and the dosage is way too high. Maybe reducing the dosage by a sharp margin might help to stay consistent.

Not necessarily good idea if you want results. Keep in mind thatbody has an adaptation period which typically lasts about 1-3 months. For example, I had "estrogen high" for several weeks when I started conventional HRT. Then later I had that on the injection day and maybe day after, but in time all that went away, it didn't feel bad but strange and maybe a bit annoying if it weren't for the intense euphoria it did for a while.

I suspect this has to do with receptor sensitivity and there being a strong initial reaction when ERs are finally given something to chew into. You could obviously try to slowly ramp up the dosage if it feels uncomfortable? Its a bit weird to get this from bovine ovary, but then again, its one of the things that people who react well toit have reported that they get obvious feeling of being more balanced when they start it. I had that when I started taking it and still if I stop I feel like something's missing.

Anyway, likely its of no concern and your body just needs more time to adapt to the hormone change.
