Hello everyone!
I am a straight male in my mid 70's. I have started my journey to having bigger breast first through nutrition (soy products, ground flax seed, etc.) and came upon the Nature Day website.  This really got my interest up and I feel that having real breast (not man boobs) is obtainable. Looking through some postings on this forum, I know that the group is very supportive of all the different reasons men would like larger breast.
The other item I notice is that there are a variety of ways to make this journey (pills, creams, pumping, etc.). It sort of gives you the knowledge that if one path is not working, you can switch paths.  I hope to use the knowledge that others have posted here to help me along.

Hi and welcome! At 71, I'm a bit of a geezer as well. I started out like you with high estrogen foods, then a year of phytoestrogen supplements.  I just switched to glandular supplements a couple of days ago. Im currently sporting a nice pair of boobs and filling a B cup nicely. I have to say, it's been a lot of fun and wouldn't go back to my boobless ways.

Hello and welcome to the forum!  Cool

I think you're correct that there's more than one way to grow breasts. For me, I started with PM for a number of years, but would later switch to HRT when I decided to transition.

WOW! I have been doing a lot of reading and am very impressed by this group. I have learned a great amount and have even more questions. Some of these questions are personal, such as why do I want to grow my breast. This leads to gender issues that never existed in the 60s and 70s. As I think about it, I may be gender fluid. I have worked most of my life in a female dominated profession (nursing) and have had very few issues with that environment. During that time I have lead a very happy life as a husband (over 50 years) and father to 3 children (and now several grand children).

Huck, I have noticed several men over 60 in both this forum and another forum that have an interest in breast enhancement. We are not alone! One of my patients once told me that after you reach 70, you really don’t care what other people think about you. I think you and I have probably put in our time caring for others, now it is time for us to take care of ourselves.

I have been using nutritional items (soy products and ground flax seed for about 3 months before I shifted to the more heavy duty phytoestrogens. So my journey in earnest has only been 1 month at this point. I look forward to the future!

Just as I think there's more than one way to grow breasts, there's more than one reason why one chooses to do so. Whether it be for gender affirmation, inner curiosity, personal satisfaction, etc.

For me, growing breasts started as a longing to feminize my body.
