BN should be a safe space
#61

At HN,

I think it's best for private messages to remain private (or at least not posted in its entirety for the whole Internet to see). It's sets a bad precedent as to whether private messages sent to you will remain private.

Speaking from personal experience, I got a (physical) piece of hate mail from one of my transphobic aunts nearly 2 years ago. It was handwritten, 4-5 pages long, all back-to-back. Do you want to know what I did with it? I didn't share it with anyone. Instead, I burned it at first chance I got. (I imagine that would be the equivalent of deleting online, unwanted private messages).

I would think a poll would just be that: a gauge as to how the community is feeling about the safety/respect of this forum (perhaps excluding this thread).

At Shirazmn, I agree this shouldn't be a popularity contest or struggle to select a ruler of the forum.  Having lots of knowledge/experience on NBE or HRT is beneficial for the forum, but it should not elect anyone to be above the forum's  rules.

Atprostatenipple-Agreed, it's a low move to show off someone's (whole) private message like that. I also concur that everyone (who follows the rules and are respectful) do have a place here on Breast Nexum.

I feel it's quite unfortunate that a thread originally aimed at making/keeping BN a safe space is quickly devolvng into being the polar opposite.

Boils down to a simple question: Do you think that biological men have a place to be on this website and forum, HN?

Honestly, you are really very misandrist. So many examples now in so many different posts.

For me, I would answer "yes absolutely" for the question. And for the question "do I think that biological females have a place to be on here" would be absolutely yes. And for the question of "do I think that trans (male/female) or intersex people have a place to be on here" the answer would again be absolutely yes.

HN can argue about semantics all day long, but I think we are seeing that to HN, the only group they have a problem with is biological men.

And I bet "biological men" will be argued as a reply. CIS Men then? WHAT I MEAN is people that were BORN as men. To me it doesn't matter if you transition or are LGBTQ+ or anything - TO MY MIND EVERYONE is welcome here. But HN doesn't like that.

Because of these misandrist posts, BreastNexum (WITH AN M!) doesn't feel like safe space.

Agreed!
