Looking for advice
#21

So, I was able to get my hands on this Reishi, https://www.ebay.com/itm/225667420684

Question is, how many a day should I be taking? I've been taking one for about two weeks now, not sure if that's appropriate or I need to step it up.

I have been taking RR (2x250mg per day) along with my BO. No issues with it so far. The brand I am taking is Organika just off amazon

RR is quite effective, dosed correctly, it can reduce DHT by approx 80-95% if I remember correctly. Not completely nuke but it gets closed. I used to have it as a extract version, one capsuleper day was enough. The thing to look up from the label was percentage of plysaccharides, higher is better. And that it contains nothing else.

Here's the exact one on Amazon: HiVital Red Reishi

I've attached images of the ones I've been taking for a few weeks.

Thanks.. Appears those are not available to me in the States. Googling them comes up with the Canada Amazon store.

I don't have access to that one in the US.. Would this one be sufficient? Bold Botanica

A great combo to RR is Gren Tea, either drink a few cups a day of good quality matcha green tea or get some EGCG supplements.
EGCG further decreases DHT when taken with RR.

It might? But the product doesn't state the percentage of polysaccharides which is what is worth knowing about RR products, higher is better. I have no idea how will it would work, presumably similar to other reishi stuffs, but keep looking. Its not hard to come by. Smile

Yes and the combo with EGCG is a good one. I used to have EGCG as a separate capsule at one time for a while but as I have such powerful blocker and have never had DHT problem, I discontinued it.
