You got some great ideas for your program going. Consider the stuff I recommended in DMs, there's few really good combos to do we well know to work or help passively on the side.
As I mentioned, anything that pushes your hormone balance towards the feminine end of things, will be helpful. And there's a threshold with DHT and T levels at where the balance tips and changes start happening. Also as you're wanting to go for bioidentical hormones, that's the best you can do as that's the real deal. Even if you can do something resembling a microdosed feminising HRT, that's a step to where you want to go.
Note about bioidentical hormone treatments that it will definitely start to cause full body feminisation once it kicks in. That's one misconception that a lot of people have here, or a fantasty that they can grow boobs only without changing anything else. It kinda works to an extent but not fully as that's just not how our bodies are wired to work. Only way to truly do that is getting implants and to some extent vacuum pumping. Otherwise, its all or nothing kinda deal by far.
I would likely ditch the bovine mammary idea as all those products I've seen come with a mix of things you might not want to overdo, glandulars are better done as Swanson Ovarian Glandular and Pituitary as those do not contain any extra and they're quite affordable.
