I started with a bit of gyno and my goal was to just make them a bit fuller and firmer. You can get as much growth as you want and then stop.   I do this all the time, typically 3-6 month cycles.   Depending on your size, you may need substantial growth for people to actually notice you have breasts.  I kept saying to myself,  maybe "a bit more" and next thing I knew, I become known as  "the big guy with tits". 
  
Be warned, growing tits is addictive and can/will feminize you in other ways.
