Gratz on starting pumping! Heaven's Night is a great source of pumping advice. Somewhere on this site she posted her best practices ideas and I have been following them for 33 months now. I am very pleased with the results although I had to adjust her plan since I have an electric pump and I believe she used a noggleberry.

Anyway...best of luck and pump on!
