i took:

- 100ug 8pn
- 50mg forskolin
- 500mg Red Reishi (6mg triterpenes)
- 2400mg Lecithin

in my case, after 2 hours my chest got swollen and tingely

Forskolin affects the heart so you should be careful there.

Will take a week off and then take that 2 a day
