I will give you the answer you need and it's, only if you look from the right perspective, the answer you want too: there's no equivalent relation.
The powder capsules contain just that, the powdered root of the pueraria mirifica plant. It means it is not standardized, so the active ingredients (the compounds you actually want) vary in quantity and not only that, it's unknown what the quantity is in each cap, in each lot and in each plant. It depends on the plant, the harvest, the season, the processing, etc etc.
On the other side, Puresterol is a standardized extract. It means they extracted and measured the compounds with the intention to have the same dose on each capsule and also to try to conserve those compounds (if deoxymiroestrol oxidizes it converts into miroestrol, which is weaker). Deoxymiroestrol is really delicate and hates oxygen and heat, so it always ends up mainly converting into miroestrol.
According to the patent, they just focus on standardizing to have 300mcg/100g of Miroestrol and 20 mg/100g of Isoflavonoids.
Leading to the answer you want (more or less): you need to try and experiment with the dosages. Always titrating up and remembering more doesn't mean better. And also being careful, specially knowing PM has fame of causing deep vein thrombosis. So also doing things that help in that regard to prevent issues is highly encouraged.
Or even better, using actual estradiol (which also requires knowledge IMHO, to use it correctly and get the most out of it in the breast development department. Not forgetting about genetics, of course.).
