Hey I've got this Nature's answer PM supplement, but I just saw that it is actually Puresterol, which is a patented extract. And it's only 100mg per pill.
Anybody know the equivalent relation between PM powder and Puresterol? I want to understand if this supplement has enough of a daily dose or if I should get something else.
