I believe that the only way to achieve larger aureole and nipple size is to have a bigger bust. The more your boobies grow, the more your aureola will increase. Having said that, I wear nipple inverter cups every night and also occasionally during the day which do actually help ‘train’ my nipples to be enlarged. I also use silicone ‘cupping therapy’ domes sometimes as well. The cupping domes cover my nipples and aureola, however they only really help aid nipple size. Be careful with these as the vacuum can be intense and will cause blisters if you are not used to wearing them at first. For me they both have helped and do give good results, but like everything nbe, you do need to give them time. I also usually use either ginseng extract or a pueraria based moisturiser on my nips when I use them.
