MSM + D3 + Calcium citrate is very useful. Its one of the few things I've been on for more than five years almost without interruption, its effects on growing boobs I would say are undeniable, but its subtle, one of the hormonal side shows that help everything else do its thing. The entire HGH, IGF-1, HGF approach is worth digging into. Anything that deals with growth hormone and growth factor hacks obviously comes with its risks but these are a big big factor on growing everything, in cluding boobs.
Don't skip prog, the TCP is very likely to be one of the best bets on enhancing your HRT. Also one of the benefits is that you're not going to dramatically shift your over all hormone balance as the effect is largely localised. I haven't noticed any significant changes in my over all mood and health and so on but a world of difference on breast growth.
In few months I'll have been on it for three years and I'm planning on stopping for now as I'm reaching goals and need to save money for others things such as long term HRT supply. I'm going to do a big post mortem update on the whole thing. There's still some things to be tested out which I haven't been able yet so in the future I might do another go at it.
About progesterone, I'm at the school of thought to go on it as early as possible and not shying away from it regardless of in which development stage you're in. It doesn't seem to stall anything, or slow down anything or cause any hindrance, rather the opposite. This is all about the ideas of approach onto it, some think its better to delay and others start right away when possible and there doesn't seem to be any conclusive evidence for or against because extensive study is missing. But lived experience seems to imply strongly, that early progesterone use is beneficial.
And as part of the TCP I think it is essential. DHEA and progesterone form the core of it, additional estradiol seems to help, low contentrated DMSO cream is highly beneficial for absorbtion, doesn't seem to cause any nasty side effects. There's a lot more talk about this subject in the TCP thread itself and I've posted a lot in my main thread too. Lotus mostly posted her findings in the TCP thread. (You can find both from going to my profile and clicking on show threads.)
