Shatavari?
#1

Hey, I searched for the herb on here and found dozens of threads. But unfortunately don’t know how to find just the thread or part of that goes over the herbs discussion being made. And didn’t have time to browse through to find it. Forgive me on that.

I am taking Pueraria Mirifica with lavender oil used topically with great results. Lavender oil seems to work very fast on me. And decided after googling around incorporating Shatavari as a prolactin/progesterone option. I’m taking brie foods brand labeled at 1500mg per dose (750 x2 a day) and understand it’s an adaptogen and will adhere to the hormone in control it seems. That being said. I don’t have my hormones checked regularly but feel given use of PM and Lavender Oil and feeling my skin is significantly softer and clearer and acne occurring slightly in hormone driven areas and other things like numbness below the belt. That estrogen is taking a more dominant lead at this point. And was curious if anyone had any input on Shatavari and if they experienced any issues or promising effects from it?

My aim is elevating my prolactin levels to hopefully induce a more rounded shape, areola growth and while I’m sure it won’t happen it would be amazing to experience lactation even if at a minimal amount. But given I don’t have time or patience to be on a pumping schedule I don’t see it happening lol.

I’ve gone from a typical male chest to a small C in the last several months of using lavender oil regularly at one full pump per breast a day sometimes twice. When growth feels like it is happening too fast for me. I still use it just apply it elsewhere to still absorb just not direct to the tissue.
Is Shatavari a hopeful herb when paired with pm and lavender?
