I can't really provide much insight on the balance of your stack, but I think adding a bio-identical progesterone source would do a lot more at this stage for your breast growth. After budding, it should help boost overall fullness and size.

Once budded, you probably need more progesterone.
Everything I read about it says it's needed for the female breast shape - the side branching.
