Welcome to the forum. I would suggest not to take PM and BO together. You're better off with just glandulars, Topical Cream Protocol and obviously HRT. Don't get bogged to the pitfalls of ineffeicient NBE stuff if you're actually heading towards a medical transition.
Also, read the forum, go digging, there's loads of good information here. Everything from Lotus is worth a read, especially the Project X thread. Topical Cream Protocol thread is a must to dig into. My main thread has a lot of good stuff laid out in a simple manner, a lot of which I keep repeating from time to time so there's some easier access to it... Tanyasquirrels acorns thread has a load of interesting stuff, quite a lot of theoretical experimental thinking which has been helping me to figure things out.
