Has anyone here tried to use licorice, to facilitate breast growth? Are there any dangers that anyone knows about?

I haven't tried it for breast development. It has some phytoestrogenic properties but to my knowledge not a very effective one.
One well-known risk is that Licorice increases blood pressure.
