Spring is here--time for renewal and new beginnings! I am starting a new thread because my old ones are obsolete--I now have more experience, more progress, better photographs, and more interesting things to share with you.
Background: I started about 4 years ago, rubbing lavender oil on my chest, because I read articles stating that boys were doing this and growing breasts (often unintentionally). I then discovered BN, and began using fenugreek and pueraria mirifica as well. After a few weeks or months, I started noticing typical feminine changes: I had small breasts (I had been flat-chested previously), much softer skin, a change in body odor, and increased libido. I also started gaining weight for the first time in my adult life. A landmark moment was one day I looked in the mirror and said, "Wow, I have bikini curves!"
I bought a bikini, put it on, and except for a little bulge, I looked just like a hot chick! It was then that I knew I was on to something.
I read on BN that bio-identical estrogen is better than phytoestrogens, so I switched to using estrogen and progesterone creams every day. My progress has been rather slow but significant. In late October 2025, I started on BO (bovine ovary). I think it gave my development a little boost, but it wasn't the total "game-changer" I thought it would be. I also tried taking bovine mammary, but I think it was making me sick. I have recently discovered that if I split the mammary capsule in half and take the halves hours apart, my system can tolerate it. I actually think that the bovine mammary (BM) is more powerful than the ovary because the subtle "euphoria" seems more noticeable. I can describe it as: you feel calm, mellow; a little horny (in the feminine sense), cozy, satisfied--you're happy with everything. Again, it's subtle, and doesn't happen all the time.
I have new erogenous zones all over, and I orgasm every day. My orgasms are very different now--more powerful and fulfilling. My breasts and nipples are now functioning sexual organs that help bring me to climax (all this is new to me). I think this is an important aspect of feminization and should be discussed. My face is also looking more feminine and youthful in small but noticeable ways.
So I will continue my program, and I will update you on my progress here. Currently I'm still doing my version of the Topical Cream Protocol (estrogen + progesterone + DHEA) plus BO, now switching over to BM (since mammaries are what we're trying to grow!) I don't know what my further progress will be, but I am hopeful.
I want to thank everyone on BN for your encouragement and support. This has been a very exciting journey for me, and I know that a lot of you can relate to that. Feminization has brought me a kind of deep-seated happiness I never thought was possible!

2) We mostly talk about breasts here, but my rear has blossomed into a soft, round, full, feminine ass. I'm very happy about it.
3) With and without the bathing suit. My pelvic tilt is very noticeable here--I have lost 1" in height. Pelvic tilt (the backbone curving inward) helps give you feminine curves. This is my normal posture now.
4) My belly looks bigger when I sit on the bed like this--I've recently gained more weight but that's fine with me because you need more new fat to grow boobs. I've been eating as much high-calorie foods as I can. The estrogen in your system re-distributes your fat in feminine places. (The fat doesn't actually move; it's an analogy for a complex biological process). My thighs are so soft and shapely--my skin feels like I have an extra layer of fat under it. And look-- I have boobs! Yay!!!
