I think it's not uncommon to feel self-conscious about parts of our body, especially when it's not normally on full-display to others. As to why you're pursuing breast growth, I feel that's a question only you can answer.
For me, I started my NBE journey as a longing/desire to have feminine breasts. Eventually I would begin my MtF transition years later.
