I was curious and made a quick search for “seroco chemical laboratory bust”.

The us amazon site has t shirts with the jar label printed on them.

I wonder if the cylindrical pump/reservoir section joined to the dome is spring loaded to exert a constant pull on an internal piston?  Or maybe there is a check valve and the pump is operated manually, one stroke at a time.
