i've been overweight off and on throughout my whole life, and the last couple years i was at my heaviest i think, at which i was obese class 1. i lost about a ~third of the extra last year, mostly somewhere around last autumn i think, due to exercise and cutting some excess food and treats.
in december i started glandulars and since then i've lost around 5-6 kgs (11-13lbs) and it's a consistent downwards trajectory, i'm still overweight but nearing the normal weight range, only got maybe 7-9 kgs to go until my ideal weight. i've mostly just walked consistently multiple times a day, and ~halved my food portion sizes. i don't feel hungry, i don't crave for snackies that often, and eating my small portions leaves me absolutely full. there were times in the past i could just eat a whole pizza from the local pizza place in one go, and just last weekend i was barely able to eat one pizza in three days, each portion got me so full i couldn't eat a single bite more. so no, i can't say glandulars have caused any weight gain or hankering for food or snacks.
