agreed with Lara regarding the HRT stuff, a lot of what people think is "skeletal" has also to do with connective tissue, ligaments, tendons, cartilage etc. for example, the fat redistribution etc caused by estrogen will shrink the apparent size of the ribcage in many cases, although the actual ribcage's bone structure doesn't change, but it won't be pushed out that much anymore and will look shrunken because it contracts more. 

then there's stuff like changes in posture, switching from ogre mode to feminine lordosis will change your appearance a lot, make your butt more prominent, make the hips more open etc. not sure if everyone gets that with hormones or if it's something that varies, but stuff like that happens and exists.

losing body hair, or the coarse hair getting finer, will make a difference.

you'll carry your body differently than in man mode. eyes more open, posture more upright, neck less tight, jaw less clenched, lips relaxed and pouting more.

and then the mental changes. your whole demeanor will be different with estrogen, and that's a huge thing. how you speak, how you gesture, how you take others into consideration etc. it all adds up, and everything put together is so much more than just breasts.
