One point that is worth stressing:
Changes don't happen overnight.
Actually, it takes a while before you get to a stage where others will see changes. In a few months from starting you will notice the changes, way before anyone else does. You'll see your nipples slightly more pointy and your chest a tiny bit softer and you'll think: "Oh my god, I have BOOBS!", but others will think that you gained some weight or, at worst, that you have gynecomastia. More or less at any point until you really have a feminine body (which take years), you can stop and keep changes under control.
