Hiiii everyone !
Here i will discuss about my Breast growth journey...

My programs :

My actual program consist of :

Swanson    - Red reishi 600mg               - 1 pill                - 2x per day
Nowfoods  - Progesterone cream 20mg   - 2x pump          - 2x per day

        --> i do 5min massage after the shower so it penetrate better and work better.

Tell me what i can add to have breast budding (instead of just growth).

Oh, also, a big concern is about the Swanson multi glandular. The bottle says the bovine comes from Argentina, is this safe ? (prion disease, vaccine, GMO, etc...)


previous programs:
i tried lavender oil (3 drops per breast, 2 times a day) with massage, it's soothing but it was mostly to do something while waiting for my actual program.

At the start, i used natureday's herbal supplement breast growth liquid. It's a total scam for me : expensive, i had to wait 1 month for it to be delivered and it was completely dry in 1 week. It's the most bullsh** thing i honestly bought so far.

I will post later pics of my chest, but for now i don't think there is much change, still fairly "flat".


My every day life :
SO in order for you to know more about me and my physiology (and help me on my journey) i will tell you more about me.
I live in a big city (Marseille) in France. I live in a zone where they're is not much pollution and a lot of vegetation.
Before this journey (and even longer before) i was kind of skinny (60Kg) and was doing rock climbing every week-end (so lots of sport).
During my studies i settled down and gained weight (plus i have friends who are addicts to sugar and coca-cola so it didn't help). 
I now 68,1 Kg and i don't like it that way : what was muscle is still there but i now have a fat lower belly. I suppose it's not fat attached to the intestines because i don't have a big round belly so i think it will be easier to lose it  Smile 
Anyway due to my current physical condition and the fact i'm still single and mostly real life friendless, i started working out and going out more. From now on i do like 10 Km of walk/jogging every week-end in the mountain next to my place. Also i try to do more that 1km of walk per day plus 20 minutes of jump rope and abdos. I go to a climbing club too but it's not too often.
Also i'm too much hairy, especially on my torso, shoulders, stomach and lower back so i will try to remove it or make it less visible.
As per my food habits, well i'm still a student and so my mother cook me nice meals with everything i want (meat, vegetables, etc...). For my workout i will try to lower the size of certain meals and add supplements if i feel a vitamin is lacking.
Physically, i always had a quite big butt (not enormous but it attracted attention of female friends) and rounder thights. For me i had masculine upper body and feminine lower body (minus all the hairs lol).

It's all i can think off, but i could extend this section in the future if i feel it's important.






My questions :

Q1 : Does my treatment has best adsorption curve ? I fear that i will have a spick of products just after taking my dosage and the concentration curve will faid away before i take the next dosage. maybe lowering dosage but taking morning/lunch/evening is better ?

Q2 : What product do you recommend in addition to what i'm using ? Saw somewhere that lavender oil is good, is it right ?

Q3 : What are the interactions between the chemicals and with other hormones, products ? Like saw palmetto don't interact well with ,i don't know imagine, chocolate. It's to be able to maximixe the effectiveness of the product while lowering the number of supplements and methodology used.

Q4 : Does natureday or equivalent shops exist in Europe ? Because a product at 25e became 70 because of transportation and importation taxes  Angry

Q5 : Does sport lower effectiveness of breast growth ? What are the foods i need to avoid or eat more ?

Q6 : While on herbal supplements, do fat, skin and general body shift or is it only affecting breasts ? I have fat in my belly that i will be more to happy to transfert in my butt or breasts  Tongue

Q7 : What hormonal, genetical or everything else test i can do to help me on my journey ?
