I feel like genetics plays a bit of a role with nipple/areola growth. Once I got on feminizing herbs (particularly PM), my areolas started to enlarge a bit (not so much for my nipples, even now that I've been on HRT for a few years).
I know some members do a bit of pumping/suction to (temporarily) enlarge their nipples, but I'm unsure how permanent the effects of that are.
