I’m a 35-year-old cis woman with severe congenital breast underdevelopment consistent with Grade IV tuberous / IGT. Hormones and endocrine labs are within range; I am bottom heavy

DHT hormone still pending.

I’m specifically looking for non-surgical options and would appreciate guidance on:

• appropriate supplements

• topical creams/protocols

based on my anatomy and lab profile.

If conservative methods are unlikely in IGT/tuberous cases, I’d appreciate honest input.

My labs show low Free Androgen Index (~0.8) with high SHBG and normal estradiol/progesterone, suggesting low androgen bioavailability but adequate ovarian hormones. 

This supports tissue-level resistance / IGT rather than systemic deficiency.

 I’m specifically looking for supplements that support permanent glandular breast tissue growth (not temporary swelling).
