Yes the bioidentical stuff is the real deal, it does work. Only difference with creams is that they're typically dosed rather lightly, so not as easy to drive up the local levels as it would be with pharma HRT items. But the active ingredient is the same.
thanks for replying, trying to work out whats best is like a minefield but since i have bought the cream i might as well use it, one other cream that looks promising is bi-est 5 which might be an option going forward. i will let you know how things go. thanks again.
