i get the irony. there's also irony about how you with american indigenous heritage call for "civility" and "order" which represent precisely the things that were done to your people. i sincerely abhor the idea of maintaining order for the sake of order itself, because that always means weaker voices are being silenced, even with violence. in civilisation, only "good citizens" matter. precisely what the cult of m*ga is doing right now to your country, once again. that's order and civility in its purest, most hateful form.
and despite being an evil european, i probably have sámi blood in me. i say probably, because i don't have the language or the culture anymore. they have been erased from my bloodline in the 1800s when there was increasing finnification and assimilation and erasure of indigenous heritage, and i'm not trying to claim it without 100% proof and even if i did, i don't have the language passed down to me so i can't claim it anymore officially. that's why i don't usually bring that up, i just support sámi people in any way i can. i write this to let you know that there are also anti-colonialists, anti-racists and anti-fascists in europe, and even indigenous people in europe. shocking to some, i'm sure.
