I am under a doctors care. I am not transitioning I am feminizing my body. I have always had breasts but they weren't very feminine and I want to be able to fit into bras, dresses and jeans how I feel I should look.
I started on 1 mg Estradiol in the am and 1 mg Estradiol pm for year 1, then I switched to 1 mg am and 2 pm for 3 months then my liver started getting stressed so my doctor switched me to 2- 1mg patches that give a slow steady release and I replace them every 3.5 days.
Before that I was on BO for to years, maxing out at 1800 late afternoon and 2400 mg at night, keep in mind I started out at 200 mg twice a day and increased slowly and then after 18 months decreased to 500 mg 2 times a day. It was a good experience but in retrospect I think I should have moved to Estradiol after 12 months.
I don't plan on transitioning, I am perfectly happy having male parts and presenting as male. In the native American tribal world of my ancestors I would be considered Two Spirit, I can walk in both worlds of male and female.
