@tomi66, cisgender/cis woman/cis man isn't derogatory. it's necessary in context when talking about trans and intersex people. it's not taking anything away from your identity. you can't use the term "trans" without accepting the use of term "cis" as well. what WOULD be derogatory would be saying "there's people and then there's trans people". you see the problem? everyone is people. trans and cis and intersex are just descriptors, used in context.

saying "cis is derogatory" is indeed transphobic and interphobic.
