I'm very wary of this as I have naturally high hemoglobin already. I think when I get my DHT in check, things will only get better. Although it seems that PM on its own is having anti androgenic effect as it should, but they say its rather mild in comparison.
I ordered the exact same one you linked to your post a while back. Ordered it from Amazon, from their German site. No idea where it will ship though, but it should arrive quite soon. I will add it in as soon as I get it. My plan is to keep reishi also on 21/7 cycle, taking a week off from it along with pm at the end.
Yes, most cleavage + boobage in general is from PM only, but lately things have gone on high gear since I added MSM, D3, FG and progestrone cream. Lotus's advice is sound. With the difference that FG powder seems to make my boobs grow even faster.
Thanks for the kind words once again. <3
Ayy i'm very glad i could help with the Reishi! Let's hope it will come soon so you can already try it at the beginning of next week. I personally keep taking Reishi even on the week off (together with Calcium + D3) and just cut off completely PM so my functions "down there" can recover a bit (i don't care much about libido, but just about my fertility for the future). But i'm not sure if it's the best choice, i honestly still have to learn a lot of things. But as of now it is working fine.
Very happy to hear you can finally lower your PM intake, because higher than 1500mg is a little risky, and trust me: with an AA you will feel faster changes (at least physically) without much PM. If i was able to obtain a minimum amount of results in just 2 months, i wonder what your already developed chest can obtain with no/very low DHT from now on.
Later i will edit my last post on my thread so i'll explain my trouble with my cycle and what i wanted to ask.
You're welcome DiDi! You're special and deserve all the kind words
