So I made the cahnge to take one 500mg cap in the morning on my "off" week. Placebo or not, I'm not feeling like crap any more.

The Biovea brand PM seems to work so well I think I will order some more when I can afford it. Still no word from Ainterol, I even sent them email asking where the heck my order is but it seems they don't even care to reply. If they just sit on it, I'll let them have my money as a goddamn gift and just order elsewhere.
