So, I was able to get my hands on this Reishi, https://www.ebay.com/itm/225667420684
Question is, how many a day should I be taking? I've been taking one for about two weeks now, not sure if that's appropriate or I need to step it up.

I have been taking RR (2x250mg per day) along with my BO. No issues with it so far. The brand I am taking is Organika just off amazon

RR is quite effective, dosed correctly, it can reduce DHT by approx 80-95% if I remember correctly. Not completely nuke but it gets closed. I used to have it as a extract version, one capsuleper day was enough. The thing to look up from the label was percentage of plysaccharides, higher is better. And that it contains nothing else.
Here's the exact one on Amazon:

Thanks.. Appears those are not available to me in the States. Googling them comes up with the Canada Amazon store.
