I bought mine from amazon, not the cheapest nor most expensive Rosemary oil, sort of mid range.
Supposed to massage it into the scalp and leave in overnight.
I massage it then brush it through, leave it in then do the same next day. On the third day I wash using volume shampoo and condition, blow dry or curl.
Used to do this twice a week but have quite a mane of hair now after several months so use it once weekly for two days. Like everything it takes time and dedication, there is no overnight success with anything. I did find out that massaging oil and leaving it in 2 days is the limit. More than that and your head reeeeeallllly starts to STINK, quite awful  I mean really, really bad lol.

I'm actually quite jealous of that curled hair PleasantlyFascinated. Mine isn't quite long enough but I do try  Curling iron ... big mistake I burnt my forehead and that really, really hurt a LOT. Had to walk around with an ugly branding but luckily didn't scar.
I have a big tin box in my bathroom full of rollers but can rarely be bothered to use them. Now have one of those hot air, sort of hair dryer curling thingys which sort of works but will never give curls like yours. Will attach a pic of my evil curling iron result lol.

My hair is naturally curly or kinky.  It easily makes a giant mess of dreadlocks if I don't brush daily.  I've found that sleeping with a satin lined sleep cap helps a lot, to curtail breakage and prevent the gremlins from mussing my hair while I sleep.  Brushing, I finally perceived after years, removes the broken hairs that cross-weave into attached hairs, making a detangling nightmare.

Decades of using progesterone cream daily seems to have curtailed hair fall.  I believe progesterone acts as a powerful 5 alpha reductase inhibitor.  Nonetheless, at 68, hair began to thin somewhat.  Young Living makes absolutely the highest quality essential oils, of which I use mix of  rosemary, copaiba, lavender, thyme, ginger, peppermint, cedarwood, nutmeg, juniper and sage in MCT oil carrier.  Not truly sure how much it helps, but it's supposed to.  I know if it does, I sure don't want to stop, at my age.
