Testosterone is 25 ng/dl. I have no idea what it means.
That's the kind of bloodwork typical of someone undergoing an MtF hormonal transition.
Different sources have different numbers, but I've heard for trans women it's recommended their testosterone is below 50 ng/dl and their estradiol to be between 100-200 pg/ml.

If you haven't already, you may need to see a doctor about this.

This is actually the result that I intended to accomplish along with breast growth. I do have an endoscopy appointment as recommended by my therapist to hopefully get real HRT

Yeah my balls were achy when starting BO and it seemed to dampen my libido as well. It did recover since stopping though. I did labs several times and E was always around 40 and T at 500, blood being drawn in afternoon. Hormone levels fluctuate throughout the day.

I actually didn't mind the lower libido, was much easier to direct my mind and motivation to other things. Difficulty with lifting heavy things and doing manual labor was something I couldn't tolerate though. Strength has recovered some, and shaft size is probably back to pre-BO. Testicular size might be slightly smaller than pre-BO.

I hope you're able to get on HRT as well. For me it took a while to find the right form and dosage of HRT, but once I did, it became a game changer for me for overall feminization of my body.

There was someone on the forum who did bloods while on BO and found out that it did affect estrogens quite a bit, I don't remember what else was found out, its somewhere in here. I'm very interested into seeing lab results from BO use.

It means you have hormone levels similar to cis-gendered females.
