DiLina's Timeline
#1

Hi everyone,

I’ve actually been around here for quite a while. A few years ago I had another account here and even started my own thread. Back then my username was Dibraru.

At that time I honestly didn’t really know yet whether I was trans or not. I just knew that I wanted boobs really badly. That feeling never went away, but because of panic, fear and also a lot of health issues, I stopped everything again and kept postponing it.

Now, almost 7 years later, I’m 27 and finally at the point where I feel like I simply need to start HRT. Looking back, postponing it for so long has honestly become one of my biggest regrets.

Meanwhile I’m also much more certain that I’m trans, and my girlfriend knows as well. We’ve talked about it a lot and she’s tries her best to be supportive. The clinic I’ll most likely start at only does monotherapy, so no antiandrogens. That might actually fit my situation pretty well because fertility is still an important topic for me.

I’m going to freeze sperm beforehand either way, but for my girlfriend it’s emotionally important that we at least try to preserve things as naturally as possible too. I also told her that if we ever seriously decide we want children, I’d be willing to pause HRT for a while and see whether fertility comes back naturally. Of course there are no guarantees, but I think monotherapy might give me a slightly better chance compared to a stronger AA-based approach.

At the same time I’m also pretty nervous about breast development. I keep worrying that maybe my base isn’t very good for growth or shape. I know genetics play a huge role and there’s only so much control over it, but it’s still something I think about a lot.

I probably won’t actually start HRT until autumn, so right now I’m mostly researching and preparing. I’ve also been wondering whether things like Noogleberry, massage or other methods are worth looking into before or during HRT. If anyone has recommendations for getting the best possible start, I’d really appreciate hearing them.

For me, size honestly isn’t even the most important thing. A beautiful natural shape matters much more to me than simply getting as big as possible.

Anyway, I’m happy to be back here and finally moving forward instead of endlessly delaying it again.
