just a little question, is there french people (or french speaking) out there ?

Marilou is French at least. ^_^ Then there's Jennifer but I don't think she's posting here any more. I'm sure there must be others, I remember seeing some random poster posting in French which is kinda silly on English speaking forum. I like it though, I get a reason to learn something new when using translator to respond in French.
Je ne connais que des mots ici et là car il y a tellement d'emprunts au français, c'est amusant de traduire et d'apprendre quelque chose de nouveau.

Merci, j'utilise Google Translate pour m'aider. Je connais pas mal de mots français, ironiquement à partir de la langue anglaise car il y a tellement d'emprunts, le traducteur aide à donner du sens à la structure des phrases et à la grammaire que je ne connais pas beaucoup. J'aime la langue française et j'aimerais pouvoir la parler assez pour maintenir une conversation.

Tu n'as pas des groupes de discussions en langue étrangère vers chez toi? Ça peux être un bon point de départ pour parler français !
Translation in case you have difficulties: isn't there foreign speaking groups near your town ? It could be a good starting point for speaking french !
In my town there a community than gather every 3 days in a bar and only speak in foreign languages so you meet people and discover/master new languages.

I don't think there is. I wish I had time and energy as I love learning new languages and there are several which I know a bit about, but need to use a translator to form coherent sentences. If I just had time and energy, I would be learning more Swedish, German and French as they would all be very useful for me. ^_^ I have Swedish speaking relatives, friends and one of my brothers live in Germany and French is a lovely language and there's gazillion French speakers in the world so it would be really useful skill to have.
Its awesome to make new friends and be able to speak to them in their native langauge.

Take your time , you already have certain words. Maybe listening to French songs or seeing french movies will help
